Gilles Ridorossi is a senior consultant in Human Capital. He has more than 25 years of experience, with 16 as Vice-President Human Capital and Communication in strategic management positions in unionized and non‑unionized environments. In this instance, upon implementation of leadership measurements, he was rated for seven consecutive years at the highest level of distinction – “High Performance Leadership”. He worked for national and international organizations and held major roles in strategic planning, change management and mergers and acquisitions.

Gilles holds a B.Sc. with a major in Industrial Relations and a minor in Engineering from the Université of Montréal. He has been a guest speaker on various topics related to human resources management and was a teacher at the École des Hautes Études Commerciales of l’Université de Montréal in human resources management. He is an accredited coach and followed intensives sessions in coaching with the HayGroup, the Simon Laurie Partnership Ltd and with Simon Machin (His Executive Coach) in London, England.

Gilles is a chartered consultant in human resources and a member of the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP). He is fluently bilingual.
